The designers chose to use a simple color palette and incorporate plenty of wooden materials to lighten up the entire environment. These natural materials make the environment calming and relaxing. Employees nowadays care a lot about the comfortability of a working environment, and the employers also start to put much emphasis on the well-being of its employees. You can still create a very user-oriented workspace within budget.
