They care about the quality of the design, in which they are often willing to invest in long-lasting, high quality materials. You can definitely see it in the office space of Marubeni Group. There is a great amount of wooden materials used, which brings out a very mature and responsible image of the company. The layout is designed with functionality in mind. Though a relatively traditional office space design, it still cares about the collaboration space for its employees. This is shown by its spacious pantry area with an incredibly nice view.
